Refund & Returns Policy

At GameCore Tech, we ensure that every piece of hardware and digital asset you purchase meets our extreme quality standards. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns (Hardware)
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with all seals, manuals, and accessories intact.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items (Digital Assets)
ATTENTION: Certain types of goods cannot be returned due to their digital nature. Please read carefully before purchasing.
The following items are completely exempt from being returned or refunded:
- Digital game keys and activation codes.
- Downloadable software products.
- Gift cards and wallet top-ups.
- Items that have obvious signs of use or tampered security seals.
The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our tech team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (via PayHere) or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@tenix.shop.
Exchanges (Defective Gear)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged out of the box (DOA). If you need to exchange a defective gaming mouse, keyboard, or headset for the exact same item, send us an email immediately at info@tenix.shop with proof of the defect.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our Headquarters: No 123, Galle Road, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
